    天津意安消防設(shè)備有限公司是天津天利航空機電有限公司與意大利Eusebi Impianti公司的合資企業(yè)，公司已經(jīng)于2008年6月份取得惰性氣體滅火系統(tǒng)（IG01氬氣滅火系統(tǒng)，IG100氮氣滅火系統(tǒng)，IG55，IG541混合氣體滅火系統(tǒng)），HFC227七氟丙烷，高壓CO2二氧化碳等六大氣體滅火系統(tǒng)的國家固定滅火系統(tǒng)的型式檢驗報告。產(chǎn)品總成中的瓶頭閥、單向閥、電磁型驅(qū)動裝置、機械、氣動型驅(qū)動裝置、信號反饋裝置、取氣頭、低泄高封閥、選擇閥（及其配件）等主要部件都為意大利原裝進口產(chǎn)品。 烘干、瓶頭閥拆卸及裝配、壓力試驗、(CO2、FM200,IG系列)充氣設(shè)備都是從國外成套引進的國際一流設(shè)備，廠房面積達10000余平方米。

惰性氣體滅火系統(tǒng)啟動方式：
    1. 自動啟動：當系統(tǒng)接收到滅火指令后，控制盤發(fā)出電信號，電磁驅(qū)動裝置啟動，容器閥被開啟，滅火劑自動噴放，實施滅火。
    先進性：我公司生產(chǎn)的惰性氣體滅火系統(tǒng)，通過電磁啟動裝置，可實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)自啟動，而無需安裝N2驅(qū)動啟動裝置。
    2. 手動啟動：當防護區(qū)發(fā)生火情，可按下控制盤上啟動按鈕即可啟動滅火系統(tǒng)釋放滅火劑，實施滅火。在自動控制狀態(tài)，仍可實現(xiàn)電氣手動控制。
    3. 機械應急啟動：當防護區(qū)發(fā)生火情控制器不能發(fā)出指令時，通知有關(guān)人員撤離現(xiàn)場。手動拉下電磁驅(qū)動裝置的啟動手柄，即可啟動系統(tǒng)，實施滅火。

系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計：
    惰性氣體滅火系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計計算根據(jù)GB50370-2005，GA400-2002和NFPA2001中的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
    惰性氣體滅火系統(tǒng)為全淹沒式，管網(wǎng)滅火系統(tǒng)。

ACTIVATION：
 

   1. Electric activation：when extinguishing signal is received，control panel will send order to electrical actuator to open cylinder valve for discharge.

    ADVANTAGE： IG SYSTEM CAN BE ACTIVED THROUGH ELECTRICAL ACTUATOR WlTHOUT NITROGEN DRIVING ACTUATION DEVICE NO NEED.

    2. Manual activation：In case a fire occurs in the protection zone，please pull down the activation button on the control panel to discharge agent. Electric/Mannual operation can be carried out under automatic operation circumstance.

    3. Emergency activation：In case a fire occurs and the control，panel fails to send signal. Please inform people leaving promptly. Pull down the handle of manual/electrical actuator to active system.

SYSTEM DESIGN:
    According to GB50370-2005, GA400-2002 and NFPA2001, we design our inert gas system.
    The total flooding principle is applied and the system designed as piping extinguishing system.
